informations for the print:


-dimensions: 1.9m long
-shaft (use 10mm rebar):1.7m

Put a bit of head space for the rebar just in case, 1cm should do it.

Print with low infils otherwise you will have a hard time lifting that thing, i recommend 20% and 30% max, (100% is like 20kg)


The assembly is simple, intuitive, hassleless, you don't have to force to mut this sword together, there is a 0.25mm play between each parts for easy assembly. The shaft hole is 11mm wide so you can put the rebar easely.

I recommend using a LOT of glue, you will need glue to seize each part together (make sure to rough sandeach contact surface to help with the bonding) and you will need to drench the shaft so it doesn't moves.

Remember it's made to be a fun project for cosplay requirering BIG swords
