Elecom EX-G PRO Gaming trackball Riser

Created multiple angle remixes of the original, added a hole to knockout the ball without removing the stand, added a small draft to the riser that fits into the hole under the ball to allow for easier assembly.
20 deg angle matches a Logitech MX-Ergo pretty well, I think
.sldprt file is configurable if you want to add more extreme angles to it, though I didn't account for more extreme changes in the model.
