Elecraft KX1 Protector

This snaps on to your KX1 QRP ham radio to protect the knobs and front panel. It supports itself on the radio's top panel with 3 rectangular bars that don't touch any lettering so it won't scuff them up.

The bottom part has 2 clips that are overhangs that angle up enough that my ROBO3D printed them in ABS with the fan Off with no support material. To make it snap firmly in place you'll want to bend the clip arms in slightly by warming them over a candle and bending a few degrees in.

When you glue the 2 parts together be sure to get the orientation correct so the radio's tuning knob goes in the lid's recess!
