This is a mini Electric Generator mainly used as a proof of concept for me. I used this website to help me make this: http://www.6pie.com/windgenerator.php
Look at the website for almost any questions about how the generator works. I was able to pull out 1.3 volts and power different types of LED's when i used a drill to spin it fast even though i used more energy to make less. I wasn't able to get any significant voltage when I used the crank. Also, make sure you sand off the insulation of the ends of the wire so you can actually touch the wire and keep the two coils connected with the same wire. Mine accidentally broke so I used a wire connector. The total print time was about a little more than 5 hours. The magnets next to each other have the same pole facing outwards and then the next row will have the opposite pole facing out. The pattern should go NSNS.
