Electric Igniter Clip

Electric Firework Igniter that uses Nichrome wire to set off firework fuses. Items Required: 30 mm Nichrome Wire Ni80 0.5 mm 2 leads wire (length up to you) 3D Printed clip Small Elastic Band Pin (used to wrap Ni80 wire around to make a 6 mm long spring) Soldering Iron & Solder !Note: I'll post pics as soon as its ready. Used On The Following Projects: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2726908 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2722564 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2722538 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2726745 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2721578 insert 2 wires with 1-2 mm of insulation removed in the 2 holes in det clip A2 . twist some Ni80 wire around a pin to make a spring that is 1-1.5mm Diameter and 6mm long, solder both ends spring to both ends of the wires add Det Clip B2 in the same orientation it is on the stl, it should pivot on top of piece A2. wrap both pieces with a small elastic band in the groove. you are left with something that looks like a clothes peg. clamp on your fuse and as soon as you attach both ends of wire to a 9v battery, the wire will get red hot and ignite the fuse, done ;) !Don't forget to CHECK OUT my other designs and FOLLOW my daily KooKoo uploads, Enjoy ;)
