Electrochemical Cell

This is a single print device that allows chemistry students to make a voltaic cell. Instead of a complex system, a 0.2mm layer of ABS is used as a semipermeable membrane that allows for the transfer of ions necessary to create a voltaic cell. There are three chambers making it possible to use a salt bridge.

A lab is attached which is suitable for introductory chemistry courses at the high school or college level.
