Electrode Holder for FTIR

For my research I needed to be able to perform and FT-IR to confirm the surface modification of a gold disk electrode. This was designed to sit on the surface of a Cary 630 FTIR with a diamond ATR attachment. The Holder allows the electrode to stand, while a weight holder is added to press down on the electrode with consistent pressure across electrodes being measured.

The apparatus is top heavy so a weight is also used to hold the stand down.
