Electronic Device Assist

I am a passionate special education teacher. My experience in special education is now going on year 23. I have had several students who suffer from physical impairments and are confined to a wheelchair. Now that electronic devices are prevalent in today's society, it made me want to design a simple device to assist my students with our class I-Pads. This device could also help people who are compromised on one side and need a helping hand holding a tablet or phone. It could also be very beneficial for people using an augmented communication device. If chosen to win this contest, I will donate the Makerbot 3D printer to our school so that the students in the accelerated learning program, can learn 3D design, and possibly design the next assistive device that makes their fellow schoolmates interact with their world just a little bit easier.
