Elektron Model:Cycles / Model:Samples Battery Handle

This is a DIY version of Elektron's as-yet-unreleased battery handle for Model:Cycles and Model:Samples. It is designed to hold any "lipstick" sized USB phone battery bank, such as the [Anker Powercore+ Mini](https://www.anker.com/products/variant/powercore--mini-3350/A1104011) as well as many other "lipstick" or cylindrical style batteries. Any charger that is less than will fit in a 1 inch tube will work.

You will need to provide the following in addition to the 3D printed parts found on this thing:

- [USB Phone Battery](https://www.anker.com/products/variant/powercore--mini-3350/A1104011) or any other cylindrical charger less than 1" in diameter
- 1x m3x20mm screw (might be able to get away with slightly shorter or longer) and 1x m3 nut
