elevated "board system"

this is a different version of the top plate, the concept is to make it modulare so that one platform can be extended to acomodate serveral tiles.

After playing with it I realize that the platform base wa conflicting when you link it and have some slope, so I redesigned it with a removable locking key, and included 2 versions tight and very tight, depending on the material use, print and test!
