Elevated Ender 3/Pro tool holder

This is modified to fit on top of the printer. I use a dual z-axis mod on my Ender 3 Pro, which interfered with the tool holder I used to use, and could not use one of the PSU mounted tool holders because mine is relocated. I wanted to continue using a printer mounted tool holder and so this was born.

I made the rail mount very tight. I used a quick clamp to pull between this part and my spool holder to install it. This allowed the sharp edges of the extrusion to machine the plastic to the right dimension. You could hammer it into place instead if you prefer, or simply shrink it a bit on the y axis to get it into place easier.
