Elf Hotend Cable Strain Relief

I really like the original idea, but I didn't like the fact that you had to bend the cable over so far away from its base before you could ziptie it to the strain relief.
So I lowered the top to the minimum necessary, and moved the Zip-Tie part right up to the cable, so that it is not being forced anywhere, and can be tied in its strongest position, right at the base.

EDIT: Added strain relief mount for split loom cable cover (17mm across) and a matching frame mount. Attach to frame with two M5x8mm bolts & M5 T-Nuts. Zip-tie split loom to parts.
