Has your Elf been watching you play with minifigs in envy? Ours did and ended up transforming into a Minifig themself overnight. The face prints in two halves that snap together with the elf hat poking through the top. The eyes and mouth are pressed in (tight fit, no glue required). Arms just slip over the elf's hands, while the elf's legs can be folded and inserted into the legs. Hope your children's faces light up just as much as mine did when they found their Elf transformed :-) Enjoy and Merry Christmas!
