Elfbar ELFA Doubletrouble

I used the model for the Elbar 600 and adjusted the size to fit the ELFA. Due to the fact that the Elfbar ELFA has airflow at the top of the pods, I duplicated the lower holes towards the top to maintain airflow for the pods. The lower holes remain to allow visibility of the battery status.

Additionally, holes for charging could be added at the bottom, which might be done later. Anyone willing to take on this task is welcome to do so.
