Elmo Cookie Cutter

I have not tested this yet. My first attempt at a cutter with a base and some stamps built in. Let me know if it prints decent and any suggestions if it doesn't.

The base is 4mm thick with a 2 mm thick hole inside to cut down print time and plastic.
