Elops dynamo wheel

A replacement wheel for [Elops dynamo](https://www.decathlon.fr/p/dynamo-a-clip-noir-elops-320-elops-120-elops-500-elops-520/_/R-p-200618?mc=8534988). Mine was used after years of wear and ended up vanishing.

I've included the core file for reference on what you should mount the wheel to. The core should NOT be printed, you should use the original one. The core might need a little bit of cleaning because bits of plastic can stay attached to it. It might also wear differently than mine.

This dynamo is compatible with the following Decathlon bicycles: Elops 1, Elops 3, Elops 5, Elops 320, Elops 120, Elops 500, Elops 520
