its for the elp 2.0mp usb camera with 2.8-12mm Varifocal Lens, but other lenses work too.
the tripod mount is just a 6.2mm hole which you have to drive a hot tripod screw into to create the thread.
the top cover will be attached using 1.75mm filament you stick into the holes and seal it off with some glue or a hot knife.
