little gadget - "eMagnet Wheel", inspired by 80`s german gadget magazine "YPS" (issue "Sonderheft Nr. 5")
an easy to print and set up, nice little object to show the funny way of working electromagnetism
you could choose between 3d printing or lasercut the main wheel
you could choose the spinning speed of the wheel by changing the angle of the lever

bom:
12x screwable neodym ring magnet (N50 10x3mm)
12x screw (M3x10 flat head)
12x square nut (M3x5x2)
or 12x 14x3 neodym cylinder
1x M5 x 20 screw & nut, washers
1x 5x11x5 ball bearing (685 ZZ)
1x electric lifting magnet (12V DC 5.5 LB)
1x reed switch (magnetic reed switch 2.5x14mm)
1x 9V battery (and battery clip if you want)
1x 5mm LED
1x 470 Ohms resistor
1x 1N4148 diode
circuit:
led + resistor in a row to reed switch and battery (note polarity!)
electro magnet parallel to led & resistor
