the parts come with alignment edges, so it should be easy to fit them together properly.

however it's always the same with large flat parts - they don't come off the bed without any distortion. although i have planned with enough tolerances for a bit heavier paper and some distortion, i had to go around some of the letters with a cutter knive, to remove little edges from too much flow from my extruder.

other than that, you need a big enough vise to press the 2 pieces firmly together. in order not to break them, you need to attach each of them to a piece of wood or so...
