I designed this simple face plate for the lay7(pbcy090)lay37 e-stop that v1engineering and others sell. Its designed to fill the last 2 openings in a 4 gang electric box. I found this to be a simple way to keep all the wires together and safe. You can have it kill the power to any one or all of the outlets.
