This is a visor that I have designed which can be made with a printer and some simple materials, no requirement for a laser cutter etc. It also saves time as there is no requirement for a lower rigidity bar whilst also being an adjustable fit.

You will need;

A 3D printer (or injection moulding machine), Laminating Pouches(or A4 Acetate Sheets), 1mm-1.5mm copper wire and a hole punch.

- Print Part - no supports required!
- Cut 250mm of wire and make it straight as possible, bend ends over (not shown in pics) and then laminate around 20mm from the edge of the Laminating pouch.
- Use an A4 4 hole punch to make holes along the opposite edge from the wire. (80.5mm centres)

Assemble and tuck away ends. There are two attachment points for string or elastic to secure to head. I will update photos when the wire and elastic arrives.
