Emerson microwave turntable

This Emerson oven is a small one, 0.7 cubic feet. Model MW7300W

Its turntable roller diameter is only about 7 1/2 inches. I searched for a new one, but it was frustrating. "Emerson" is not often mentioned, and I think small oven parts are just not profitable.. So, I figured I'd give it a try.

I was concerned about the heat, but filament (I used PETG) and UV resin are pretty much transparent to microwaves, and flat stuff down at the bottom of the oven doesn't get real hot. I boiled some water, and an IR thermometer measured a temperature of around 80 to 90 F on the plate and plastic parts .

Resizing / scaling these parts to fit a different oven can be done, but will require care.

All I had was the glass plate. The center hub driver was trial and error. There are 4 or 5 critical dimensions. I recommend removing the turntable motor from under the oven to measure and fit things.. (The little cover-plate is intended to be removed by a service shop.)
