A cover for the screw holding the sun shade/roof. Pictured which one I mean. Not sure for which model it is, however the pictures should give you a hint.
It is slightly larger than the original. It was also made to fit over a somewhat deformed attachment ring (the white plastic ring), so the diameter is also larger.
