Should be a pretty straightforward print, once you've got it all printed out the top sphere should set on the skirt and is sort of keyed. You'll want to use some sort of putty to make the seam between the sphere and skirt or perhaps a bit of craft foam glued down will work.

You'll need to print out 56 of the hemispheres.
