This remix allows the use of 3/4 EMT pipe instead of 2020 aluminum extrusions. Pros of this setup are lower cost, easier material to work with and acquire, and using the pipes as conduits for wiring. Cons are it requires more printed parts (+1kg) and it's less convenient to work on. Changing some parts require significant disassembly for instance, as designed currently. I made mine as a single Z axis, but I believe you could add a second with the same files.

For the pipes you can use a normal Hypercube calculator to determine lengths. For 300x300x400 build I bought 30' of 3/4 EMT for ~$20 at a hardware store.

Print:
8x Frame corner
4x Z axis mounts
1x Everything else

BOM:
~40 8-32 1" screws + nuts
A bunch of M3 stuff
Extruder mount uses 4 self tapping metal screws

Some parts have inbuilt support, however the idlers need support material turned on.

Everything else comes from the Hypercube proper. I've drawn some inspiration from that amazing proj
