Final Update!
After several versions, I finally make an optimal (for me) roller. it will fit all spools and fit in the container perfectly, I will not make any modifications to the final model
It will be included:
-2 frames one for 5x11x5mm and 6x12x4mm bearings
-2 tubes one for 11mm bearings and the second 12mm
I will keep old files also if somebody want to use them for any reason.
Post your prints and modifications.
Happy printing
This roller made for a filament enclosure. I use a Rubbermaid food container for filament enclosure, it fits and sealed well standard spool.
The roller makes rotation and delivery of filament more smooth.
project required:
1. Rubbermaid 5L/ 21 cups container
2. 4 Shielded FLANGED Ball Bearing 5mm ID, 11mm OD, 5mm thick (welcome change size what better for you, I just use what I have)
3. Clippers or side cutters for removing supports.
-I make this from PETG because it is strong and flexible, and easy to bending frame without
