Enclosure for Sonoff R2 Basic Wifi/Zigbee Switch

This is an enclosure for the Sonoff Basic R2 wifi/zigbee switch. It allows the safe use of a regular outlet. There are two versions of the lid included, one for a rectangular outlet, and one for a classic oval outlet. Specifically Leviton’s 5325 and 5320 series, which I chose because they are the single cheapest 15 A rated outlet available at most hardware stores. However, the oval lid version should work with most standard outlets.

To assemble this, you’ll need the following:
One main body print,
One lid print (rectangular or oval),
One Sonoff R2 basic switch
One outlet
One 3 conductor power cord
Four M3 screws between 8 and 12 mm long. I recommend SHCS.

I also recommend adding some sort of strain relief to the cord on the inside of the main body enclosure. I use a few small zip ties. Alternatively you could tie the wires.
