Enclosure heater mount

For those of us with Ender 3s and plastic tent enclosures, there's no good way to attach a PTC heater to heat the enclosure.

I designed this off of the rear hole dimensions for the Comgrow Ender3 enclosure available on Amazon, and a 24v PTC heater, also sourced from Amazon.

For best results, print the locking collar at 101% scale to ensure the threads don't bind since I didn't include any clearance in the 3d model (I suck at 3d modeling, I know)

Potential issues, not enough mass on the inboard side of the enclosure, so the PTC will be heavier on the outside and cause the fan to not sit flush.

Looks like the threads didn't make it into the locking collar model for whatever reason, I'm changing this into a WIP until that gets fixed.
