Decided to design my own hinge for my printer enclosure (using 15mm extruded aluminum square tubing). Plate dimension (15mm x 60mm)
Use 2 x M6 cap head bolts (20mm to 30mm) as hinge pins which allows you to unscrew the hinge when having to do maintenance / remove the door. Suggest using a 6mm drill to clear out the outer hinge.barrel and allow for smooth operation
Provided an additional hinge with a 3mm higher offset when for example using on a door with Perspex.
Mounting holes 5mm in diameter which allows for "pop rivets" (ideally counter sunk rivets)
