This was done for this youtube video, which also explains what I did and how, but in short:

word document->lithoplane->custom cura profile -> 2d printing

also, be sure to put your document on the bed in such a way that the pen doesn't go off the edge of the bed!

I just used duct tape and elastic bands to attach it, which worked pretty well for levelling. While I did include a pencil mount (which might also work for thin pens) I found that a pncil didn't work very well, and a FINELINER is the tool for the job, as it has a squishy head, ensuring that the pen and bed make good contact
