Ender 3/5 Hotend Wire Managment

I wanted to create a way to manage the hotend cables that was easily attached to the carrier. The cables are held in place by small zip ties. This attaches securely to the spacers on the hotend carrier and does not appear to cause any issues while printing.

This should be printed laying flat with no supports necessary.
