Ender 3/5 LCD Case

I was having issues with the LCD on my Ender5 selecting things at random. After reading that this could be caused by interference from the other electronics, I designed a case to move the LCD off the frame. I don't know it the electronic interference was in fact the issue, but it has solved my issue. I designed it to use the screws that came with the LCD to mount to the case. You need 4 - M3 x 15 bolts to attach the access panel. It is kind of light weight, so I recommend attaching (I used superglue and rubber washers) some anti-skid feet. I recommend printing the case face down (the side with the hole for the knob). Supports are needed. Use support blockers on the screw holes so that they do not get filled with support.
