After trying several filament guides they all caused plastic on plastic binding and eventually wore a deep groove out of my extruder. I had some spare 608 bearings after printing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2047554
If you don't have access to a 608 bearing, simply apply some smooth surface tape in place of the bearing to help reduce friction.
