Ender 3 Bed Camera Mount V2

This is a v2 of a remix I made, which should hopefully solve the potential problems of space, bl-touch compatibility, and different mounting situations for the raspberry pi. The old design had the chain running forward, which increases the space the printer takes up and it would also hinder the angling of the camera. This design should fix those issues and better support side mounted raspberry pi's.
