Ender 3 Bed Handle

I needed a bed handle for my Ender 3 V2 so I stopped using the knobs. Remixed Mark's to be shorter since it stuck out too far. I also removed the lock since I didn't need them, and found they got in the way. Removing the wheel is required to put on.
