This is a quick bed level test for the Ender 3 or any similar sized printer. Prints a disc in each corner, lines crisscrossing from each corner, and 4 shapes in the middle area of print bed. I printed using my normal settings for PLA and without any brim/skirt. Less than 20 mins and you will have an idea of bed level and some idea of adhesion.
