Ender 3 Cable Chain small large adapter

After installing this nice design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4322114 I realized I had printed too many large chain parts for the cables to the hotend.
So instead of throwing them away and reprinting more small parts for several hours, I quickly threw together this single adapter part.
