There are 2 versions, one using a 608zz (skateboard) bearing and one using a 606zz bearing. The 606zz is slightly smaller and the one that I have installed on my machine. It is also easier to install because the bearing does not block acces to the screws as badly so it can be installed and removed with the guide fully assembled.
The bearing roller and pin are press fit and should be tight enough to not need glue, however this will likely depend on your print settings.
The guide gets installed using the two screws holding the lead screw nut to the extruder bracket. Only remove one screw at a time to avoid disturbing the two lock nuts between the nut and the frame. Position the lock nuts that were under the screw head above the base, still just below the screw head. Once you have the first screw installed, remove the second screw, pivot the bracket into place and reinstall the screw.
