Ender 3 CR Touch Petsfang Mount Left

# Description
I altered the BL-Touch Petsfang Ender-3 mount to be compatible with the CR-Touch. The little notch above the screw hole I found was not actually necessary, but it does not hurt anything either, so I left it in out of laziness.

I changed the screw hole "range" to be a fixed hole for easier installation in my opinion to take the guesswork out of the installation height of the mount as well.

# Installation
The installation order I recommend is as follows:
1. Petsfang Base
1. Petsfang Duct
1. CR-Touch Mount
1. CR-Touch itself

I recommend this because once the CR-Touch is installed on the mount, you will no longer have access to the left-side Petsfang screws and the screw that holds the mount and base.

# Offsets
The X and Y offsets should be basically the same as the original Petsfang left BLTouch mount, which is X: -48, Y: -10. I measured mine haphazardly and landed on -47, -6 in my firmware which is close and has been working without issue.
