Ender 3 Direct Drive Bracket

DIdn't like the cable management on the original so I designed this one.

I lowered it closer to the hot-end to reduce the length of the PTFE tube as much as possible. The pneumatic push-in fittings are not required anymore as the metal all-metal extruder drive feeder holds the PTFE tube in-place against the hot-end

Tolerances are tight so elephants foot can impact the fit around the gantry bracket, just use a file if needed.
