Ender 3 Direct Drive mod kit

Direct drive mod kit for the ender 3 using the default Creality and BMG extruders.

To start off with, I don't know how many people are going to find this mod useful since probably not many people still have an Ender 3 sitting around that they haven't converted to direct drive a long time ago. The other thing to note is I don't think converting the Ender 3 to direct drive really does all that much for it, a well tuned bowden drive is just as capable, even for printing flexibles, using a BMG extruder makes it possible and I have done so for a long while. This was something I made originally just to make use of the metal creality extruder I had lying around after I replaced it with a BMG clone and also since I was trying to make a cable chain bracket for this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2920060. Afterwards I decided to also make one for the BMG extruder since it did not require much extra effort.
