Apart from 2 M3x20 screws, this is a fully 3D printable conversion of the Ender 3 to Direct Drive extruder fitting with the BullsEye fan duct.
After printing the parts from the original thing, I realized that it was not rigid enough and the stepper was moving all over the place. Therefore I redesigned the part making it more rigid and with access to the spring set screw of the extruder.
