Found the excellent Ender 3 Electronics case by vfrman, and wanted to use it for my setup. However, on the right hand side, his model has bosses for 2 buck converters (for the SKR variant) or boses for a 12v relay (for the Melzi/SKR Mini E3 variant). I have a couple 5v relays that I want to use, and could sacrifice one of the buck converters to do so (or modify the bosses for the 12v relay), so I remixed his design to swap the bosses out.
Edit: I also added a slightly modified version of the left box to increase the height of the screw stands for the YYG-2 main relay. This allows for the use of a USB cable to power the Raspberry Pi, and all of the power protection circuitry that goes with it. The USB cable plugs into the Pi and then goes underneath the relay, where it can make the turns necessary to connect to the 5v buck converter.
Edit: I changed the Right lid to use the opposite connector for the chain boss. This allows it to fit as expected. This part was not modeled in Solid
