Ender 3 electronics cover

This is the very first thing I have ever Tinker'ed in any CAD software, so please bear with me and any faults found.

I created this from scratch, except for the fan ducting that was borrowed from this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4614015

The cover was designed to solve the following issues in one go:

- I needed a cover for the electronics fan
- When installing the BL Touch to the 8 bit motherboard, the Pin27 adaptor sits in the space where the fan should originally sit, so it needs moving
- I needed somewhere to mount the TL Smoothers for the X and Y axies

The measurements fits my Ender 3 Gen1 printer, don't know for other models.
