Ender 3/Ender 3 PRO LCD offset mount

This mounts the stock Ender 3/Pro LCD slightly forward and to the right of the stock mounting. It cleanly mounts the stock LCD plate in the centre of the 4040 extrusion, giving an extra 20mm of clearance from the side of the print bed. It is a loose fit inside the 4040 extrusion, but this is intentional. It stays in place perfectly well without the need for an interference fit. Use the original screws to cut the screw hole threads and mount the existing LCD plate, then slide the part into the end of the 4040 extrusion. It is easier to use a longer pozi M5 screw to cut the threads.

I designed this because I printed a nozzle cleaner brush attachment that requires the LCD screen to be offset slightly (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4554414).
