Ender 3 - Expanded Case Cover (3mm)

A quick remix, for the ender 3 case cover made by oderwat, this remix removes the Z axis endstop switch cutout, and adds 3mm of height to the case, this is designed to promote better airflow and to allow for a little more room for the wiring looms if you have a Duet maestro squeezed into the original case.
