I was using borjang's filament guide (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2896612) until the pole delaminated from the base due to filament grinding during extrusion and retraction.
Using the base with pole removed, redesigned to fit 2 x 608 bearings to straighten filament going into extruder.
Parts list:
1 x filament guide base
2 x bushing
2 x M3 16mm + Nuts
2 x ID 8mm OD 22mm (608) bearings

You might find that filament tends to get in between left bearing and vertical plate. I have added a pulley that can push fit into bearing. I also made slight adjustment to the position of bearings to reduce stress on filament.
New parts:
1 x filament guide base
1 x pulley
The bushing design does not change.
