This guide uses a roller with bearings to allow smooth rolling.
Bolts on using slightly longer 6mm bolts that secure the top extrusion to the vertical extrusion.
The bearings I used are 1/4" ID by 3/8" OD and 1/8" thick flanged.You can get them cheap from amazon. I used a 1/4"x 20 tap on the roller for threads and used a 1/-20 by 1/2" to bold the roller in place.
