Ender-3 LCD Pi casing

I have double drawers installed so could not fit the LCD casing with the raspberry Pi.
Removed some material for that and also a bit on the back so the 4040 profile would fit for sure. This version only has mini USB, HDMI and audio jack on the side. I also adjusted the placing of the Pi because it was to high to fit inside the side slots.
