Remixed this excellent LED Holder to accommodate the LED flashlight I use with my Ender 3 v2 by converting the STL mesh and making the mods in Fusion 360.
In a nutshell, elongated the area which holds the LED to allow a wider variety of LED light sources including my trusty LED flashlight and added some fillets.
Attached is both the STL and the F3D CAD file for those who might want to play around with this a bit more.
